🚚 Delivery Areas

We deliver across all major cities of Pakistan and most towns. Delivery time may vary for remote or rural areas.

⏱ Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 – 4 working days

  • Other cities & rural areas: 3 – 7 working days

💰 Shipping Charges

  • PKR 200 – 300 (fixed, depending on weight & location)

  • Free Delivery on orders above PKR 3,000

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Tracking details are shared via SMS or email once the order is dispatched.

🛑 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

  • Customers are required to pay at the time of receiving their parcel.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Return shipping charges will be covered by the company only if the product is faulty or wrongly delivered.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

  • Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
